Wishlist
Now, I realise, that I have too many dreams to achieve. I’m getting aroused these days looking at the lives of luxurious people. My wishlist goes with a Rolex watch, Apple Ipad, Rayban sunglass, Blackberry bold, Audi car, Bullet motorcycle, Duplex house…………………………..I feel there is no end…Most of the dreams remain as dreams!

Powered On my pc today, after a gap of 15 months and deleted all the unnecessary stuff, got some 25 gb free space on my hard drive after cleaning it.
Chat history
I happen to observe today that I had a close to 4000 chat histories saved in my gtalk. Don’t know what motivated me, I just made up my mind to check those chats to see how I was before five years. Happen to see many, starting with 2006, when gtalk was introduced, for which the whole campus was waiting then, before which we use ip messenger in BITS, well, the chats reminds me of our courses, how we shared various files, things happened then and there, the open book exams, the redis, the so called ‘Av’ etc.
It was a great journey in our college, having made good friends for lifetime, campus that made me know about the hi-fi world coming from an ignorant background. I really had to salute the university for teaching me some unforgettable lessons in my life.

when would it end?
As a part of the general strike called by all sections of the society, the ten districts of Telangana, has been standstill with public bus service off the roads, auto union,singareni coal workers and other active groups going on strike, affecting the common man in the region to a great extent. The political parties are blaming each other in this issue and neither the central nor the state govt comes forward to take any decision and to stop all these activities.
Today, its almost three weeks since such a condition exists. It already had a profound affect on the economic activity, educational institutions, hospitals, tourists, and at the last every citizen of this region. In such a turmoil, there have been few violent incidents that took place, no matter who is to be blamed! I’m sure the charm and glory of the historic city of Hyderabad has been on the losing side. I really wonder now, how long this would continue without a solution?
when I bought my bike, it was 49 a litre and now, I had to pay 74 a litre. It increased by a Rs. 15 since May’10. Petrol itself costs me 2.5k per month. Ah, now I realise I should never go for a petrol engine car.
Common man is really vexed up with the inflation, and this adds. At least, diesel and LPG are under the control of the Govt.
4 years industry
1st Aug, was the day, 4 years ago, I stepped into my professional life. And the journey has been pleasant with many ups and downs.
India wins WC 2011
It’s the time a billion people were waiting for. And this victory is dedicated to the whole nation. The way our team performed has been absolutely amazing. Carrying the hopes of the nation for a couple of decades, this is a gift our team could give to Tendulkar in the final, though with out him, it would have not been so easy to win this tournament. Dhoni proves to be the Leader once again, after winning the T20 world cup, making the India the best test side and now this WC. Though there has been a criticism that, this home ground would be suitable for India, our men have beyond doubt proved they have improved very well. And now the big task for India is to maintain at the No.1 position which would not be so easy. Putting that aside now, its the time to party!!!
Spent time today reading about Gandhiji, Nehru, the Left wing, right wing, AICC, Socialism, Communism, Imperialism, Marxism, how India struggled under Imperialism etc. The ways adopted by our leaders has been inspiring. Great Tribute to them!
The Taste of ‘Orange’
Bhaskar chose a script that cannot have an answer. The point he tried to say has been 100% correct to my personal opinion, but cannot be digested by certain sections of the society, especially women. Love towards opposite sex is attraction that is short lived. One may not have the same feeling after sometime either one can develop it towards more than one person. Everyone in this world is prone to change and man is no exception. And yes, it is the chemistry between two Brains and not two hearts. I had similar argument with a couple of women before the release of this movie, they did not agree with me. From a very practical perspective, I could able to relate myself to this character (though I don’t have lovers, neither charm)
Many couples today are living assuming they love each other. Things like ‘Truth or Dare’ would bring out the real feeling. I know 95% of men watch porn and yet try to hide it from their girlfriends. A woman can never digest that her lover/hubby is in love with someone else and vice versa. This kind of sensitivity towards the person we care makes one to habituate lies because we feel we have a responsibility towards their happiness.
The other point where I was struck, the character has been isolated by the means of excuses. That could be true. We need someone who can stay with us and look after us, care for us, feel responsible for us. People have been adjusted to this kind of environment, reasoning that it is LOVE that binds them.
If we accept the truth, we are isolated some day. If we don’t, we get someone who can be with us with or without love. It is difficult to digest both. So, it does not have an answer. And movies like this should not be taken for the sake of profit.
Commonwealth 2010 INAUG
A dazzling display of fireworks and spectacular light and sound show marked the opening ceremony of the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi. Playing of the national anthem and blowing of the conch marked the entry of the athletes into the stadium, with over 60,000 spectators giving the players rapturous welcome. The ceremony began soon after the arrival of the guests of honour President, Pratiha Devi Singh Pati, Prince of Charles, Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh and several other dignitaries. The stadium reverberated with the beatings of the drums and nagadaas and a child artist, Keshav stole the show as he joined the drummers from various states. In traditional indian style over thousand school children joined singer, Hariharan in the welcome song, Swagatham. They flashed the welcome sign even as the aerostate beamed the message of welcome in 23 different languages. The formal part of the opening ceremony began with Australia, the host of the last commonwealth games, marching into the stadium. The other teams followed in alphabetic order. The entire stadium applauded as the Indian team led by the only Olympic gold medalist Abhinav Bindra made their way into the venue.
